How buying works

citybooks connects you with verified booksellers. You pay each seller directly, and every step is tracked on your order page.

  1. Add books to your cartBooks from different sellers are grouped by store. Each store is checked out separately.
  2. Choose how to payPick one of the seller's options: GCash, Maya, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or meetup.
  3. Send payment and upload proofFor GCash, Maya, or bank, pay the account shown on your order, then upload your receipt and reference number.
  4. Seller confirms and shipsThe seller checks your payment, packs your books, and adds a tracking number.
  5. Mark it receivedOnce your books arrive, mark the order as received to close it.
Stay safe: only pay to the account shown on your citybooks order page. If a seller asks you to pay somewhere else, contact us at hello@citybooks.ph.
